250 g Piave Vecchio
Selezione Oro cheese
2 eggs, 400 g fresh cream
150 g mascarponePreparation
Grate the cheese and place this, together with the egg, mascarpone and boiling cream into a blender. Blend until you obtain a smooth, liquid, lump-free sauce. Pour into aluminium moulds or small glasses and cook in a steam oven at 85 °C for 30 minutes. Serve piping hot.
